Dear customer, you can exchange or return goods purchased in our online store kayer.pl within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel.

When there is a need to return, complain or exchange the goods for another one, please let us know. Call us or send us an e-mail with information and we will try to advise you and make the whole process easier.

The completed and signed form attached to the package is necessary for return or exchange. It will significantly speed up this entire process and make our work easier.

Pack the products so that they reach us in the same condition as you received them, you can use our box for this. Please remember to include a completed and signed return/exchange form. In case of return, the original receipt must be attached.
