Service and maintenance of lamps
In the event of a service request or warranty claim, diagnostics and repairs may be carried out by an authorized company specialist or an approved partner service provider.
During the repair process, the technician may, based on a professional assessment of the device’s technical condition, replace not only defective components (including LEDs), but also related or structural parts (including sealing and/or re-sealing for device identification purposes in connection with the customer’s request), where necessary to restore full functionality, safety, and compliance with the product’s technical standards.
Such actions are deemed proper and complete fulfilment of service obligations and do not constitute grounds for additional claims (including, without limitation, replacement of the device or a refund), provided that the product’s functionality has been restored.
All warranty and non-warranty cases, conditions of use, and limitations of liability are governed by the official user manual and warranty documentation supplied with the product.
